At the planning stage resides The DPB: Define, Plan, & Budget. Three very, very, very important words. And three words I like very much, especially in this order, if for no other reason than that I’m happy when budget is not in the Number 1 slot. Because I can tell you with certainty that when budget leads the way, the strategy won’t pay.
