Workforce analytics has hit HR like a lightning bolt. The problem is, while everyone knows that workforce data holds a ton of potential value, the companies that can actually help HR unlock that value are few and far between. Visier Workforce Analytics is one of those rare companies and it wanted the HR community far and wide to know it. Enter fisher VISTA.
Our mission: to launch an aggressive, integrated lead generation and media relations campaign—a campaign that would have just six months to take the HR marketplace by storm. We started by designing a survey to generate findings that we could pitch to trade publications and use to raise Visier’s profile among HR buyers. After issuing a detailed report on the survey’s findings, we published a series of press releases, thought-leadership articles and guest blog posts all featuring key data points from the report. We also helped Visier host several webinars that broke the company’s previous attendance records. And we pitched Visier to Human Resource Executive magazine’s annual awards competition, which garnered the company an award as one of 2012’s “Awesome New Technologies for HR.” By the campaign’s end, Visier told us that we had surpassed expectations—and they had surpassed their lead generation goals. Talk about taking the market by storm!
